Connor Pittman

Connor has been playing and performing all types of music on guitar, bass, and vocals for the past 7 years around the Hampton Roads area. He studied jazz guitar and vocals at the TCC Music program and got his Associate’s degree in Music Education from the Norfolk Campus in May of 2020, during the height of the pandemic.

He loves to play alternative and independent songs on acoustic guitar and jazz standards from the Real Book on bass guitar, as well as classical guitar music. He also loves singing in the choir and has sung in both the TCC and ODU choirs. I attended Old Dominion University’s Diehn School of Music last fall under Music Education w/ an emphasis on classical guitar. He was a part of the ODU Choir under Dr. Nancy Klein in the Spring of 2021.

He loves to play at all types of places around Hampton Roads, including Williamsburg and the RVA area. He has a very simple setup with just one speaker and a stand, small PA, a mic stand, and a stool, and that’s it! Just himself, a mic, and a guitar. His main intention or goal for playing music is to share some songs that a lot of people may not have heard before, but would want to listen to again and add to their collection. He loves exposing people to all types of music, sharing his love of music in a community-based setting, and learning about the different areas & regions of  Hampton Roads!
